Criminal psychology testing technique has been employed and developed in China for more than twenty years. Thanks to the development of testing techniques, Criminal psychology testing technique has been completed and matured from experience to theory, and the effect of this technique has become more and more obvious. The employment of Criminal psychology testing technique as an aid to clear the cases can overcome the difficulties of the shortage of evidences, sneakiness of crime motives, and the lack of causal connections. Thus it can direct the detection of the cases and the identification of the suspects. Therefore, the writer of this paper believes that, on the basis of the present theories of psychology testing technique, further researches on the systematicness of its emotional responses and the individual differences should be done with the guidance of psychological science according to the studies of the results of real cases, thus reaching the goal of pushing foreword the development of this technique.On the basis of an introduction of the theories concerning the emotions in criminal psychology testing technique, by employing analytical methods of combining theory with real cases, this paper firstly discusses the theories concerning the mechanisms of emotions as well as the emotional activities in the process of criminal psychology testing. And this is also done with the personal experience of the writer of the paper in differentiation and elaboration.Secondly, in connection with several cases which were uncovered with the help of criminal psychology testing technique, the paper elaborates the systemticness and the internal and external differences in individual differences in terms of emotional activities shown in the processes of dynamic analysis of criminal psychology, synthetic designing of testing tasks, post-test conversations and interrogations, thus providing a theoretic basis for employing this technique effectively and pointedly.
