Study On Governmental Strategy For The Promotion Of Electronic Certificate Of Origin In Su Zhou

With the rapid development of various undertakings in the country,Science and technology change rapidly. Foreign trade innovation construction becomes more and more important and urgent. In the new situation,International trade has become one of the key factors for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s national economy. The exports accounted of Suzhou is close to 10% of all over our China,therefore,study the Certificate of Origin digitization and optimization strategies in Suzhou is very meaningful. The digital plan for certificate of origin in Suzhou,It’s the positive response to the national policy. The innovation in this project,will greatly promoted the development of China’s no-paper trade. On the other hand,the research of the government promotion strategy of ECO,can help to Promote the whole process of digital visa,effectively reduce the burden of enterprises,shorten the customs clearance time,reduce social cost,and promote international trade facilitation. It’s great significant to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and products,and promote China’s export growth stability.ECO has already taken a great step,but still face some problems in the actual promotion process. Such as highly return ratio abroad and high cost let Enterprises stop their plan. ‘Pay more attention to construction and business image than effect’ make it impopularite.
