Research Of Information Security Policy Of Electronic Governmental Affairs

In the past years, the system of electronic governmental affairs has been quickly and broadly used in many countries. Through years of painstaking effort ,in some of the economically advanced regions of china, the system of electronic governmental affairs has been made widely available in public security bureau, industrial and commercial bureau, tax bureau, commodity price administration bureau, etc. This provides another path for people to affiliate with the government, and receives very good results. Yet while electronic governmental affairs bring convenience to people, the safety of information has become a big concern.The problem of how to guarantee the safety of information while making use of the convenience of electronics governmental affairs has already become a social problem that all governments must face. This thesis conducted a comprehensive research into the system of electronic governmental affairs, including the technical safety, administrative safety, legal safety. It also described the components and the logical relations of security strategy of electronic governmental affairs, put forward the procedures of making technical, administrative and legal strategies, and provided the strategies to deal with the above-mentioned problems. In the end, this thesis investigated the security defense system of the electronic governmental affairs in Guangzhou.
