As the power to make the local government regulations’ subject, Suzhou municipal Government in recent years to enhance the quality of legislation and actively explore has made remarkable achievements, its legislative achievements not only highlights the local characteristics,moreover also a bold reform and innovation to make rising steadily in the quality of legislation. After-legislation evaluation as an important part of improving the quality of local legislation is active efforts in practice and trial in local areas as well as central. Along with practice exploration and summary of experience across the local government, the after-legislation evaluation is on the way of normalization, institutionalization and legalization. After further study to after-legislation evaluation work, make the after-legislation evaluation more scientific and reasonable is the practice of country under the rule of law, and also pragmatic step for promoting the rule of law.On the basis of inspect and analysis Suzhou municipal regulations after-legislation evaluation, the article mainly focus on the advantages and disadvantages about Suzhou municipal regulations after-legislation evaluation from evaluation subject、 evaluation method and evaluation standard, thus put forward the corresponding measures and hope after-legislation evaluation create a unique road:“internal and external linkage model ”of the evaluation subject, diversified development pattern of evaluation methods and innovation steadily of evaluation program. So that continues to promote local legislation to improve government legislation scientific, reasonable and workable process plays an increasingly important function.
