Thus, based on the construction of universal coverage of old-age security system,1 chose the public officials, corporate employees, self-employed, freelancers, farmers which five people, the pressure for the maintenance of elderly dependents undergoing research.This study selected a certain X County, Henan Province, as a representative survey, the county’s only the national poverty counties, and the population of the county, the relatively low level of economic development, in order to support the export of labor as an economic, stay for the elderly, empty nesters more. First, the government must continue to resolve historical issues, improve urban and rural residents in old-age pension system to ensure that elderly dependents pension paid in full. Secondly, it must encourage the rational and orderly development of commercial pension insurance, strengthen communities. Third, we must strengthen our position in the family pension base pension system.In this study, elderly dependents stage and potential elderly dependents same strain as the research object, because they are very likely to face and the current elderly dependents same situation. Based on this research perspective, from research to build long-term care system, the economy and the life-cycle theory of delayed retirement age under three aspects of elderly dependents alleviate potential pressure maintenance measures in these three areas in line with the development trend of social security, is currently being demonstrated or government has started the implementation of the measures studied.
