In recent years, there are a few commercial bribery cases which are quite compelling in the Chinese market. These cases are not investigated by the judiciary of our country, but are investigated in accordance with its domestic "FCPA" in the United States.So why would the U. S. domestic law get involved into the Chinese market? "Foreign Corrupt Practices Act", we may wonder how the law get bears. During the course of its development what changes had happened? What is the purpose of their legislation? What is the controversy and confrontation in the U. S. House and Senate? What contents does the law have?More importantly, in the economic context of our efforts to attract foreign investment and strengthen the construction, what kind of impact will the law bring to the market? With the number of Chinese companies listed overseas increasing, we may wonder how to grasp the difference between U.S. law and Chinese national legislation? And how can we ensure their survival and development of enterprises in other countries? And it has become an important and urgent task. Meanwhile, one kind of exotic civilization has come into China which made us thinking about is not only the profit and loss from the physical and practical level, but also more importantly the comparison and contest from the cultures and civilizations.This paper aims to explore some of these issues.
