Political Communication With The New Media

Political communication is a theory that political system can form a right decision to adapt and control environment through information communication. It has great influence on the formation of political decision, political system, political culture and political stability. After mass media involved in the political communication process, especially when the emerging government micro-blog has become a new political communication channel, a different living "environment" has shaped.Since the opening of government affairs micro-blog, Shanghai Yangpu district has adopted different political communication mode. After several years of fumble ceaselessly attempt, they have accumulated experiences in an effective communication mode though some problems remain to be solved.Starting with the political communication theory and the collection of domestic and international relevant theoretical research results and various types of literature, the author tried to analysis of new media and traditional media in different political communication, analysis and use of new media and political communication, the special function and significance of the new media has the political communication in China, and China’s current use of new media in political communication problems and causes.Using the Yangpu District government micro-blog as an example, the author located the key factors of successful communication through combining her own working experiences and different communication examples. In the meanwhile, she also analyzed by micro-blog political communication effect and bring the political communication effectiveness factor, and in the end to try to give suggestions for improvement.
