The end of the cold war, the disintegration of the characteristics of ideological confrontation of the bipolar pattern, war or peace, orderly or disorderly, hegemony or non hegemony on the world order will be where the development issues become the focus of attention. Under the background of economic globalization internationalization of production deeply, Multi-National Corporation’s production organization form is developing rapidly, the essence of international competition is the comprehensive national strength based on the economy of the contest. Therefore, the core issue of this paper is using the method of Cox’s historical structuralism, starting from the production point of view, all the social forces of production process, especially the comparison of the change of social class as a symbol of power, to see how they affect the development and change of the world order after the cold war.Following Cox the theory framework for the research of the world order after the cold war world order changes, analysis of main performance, the reasons for the change, and its likely future evolution trend. So, to break the limit of the world order in the country, the country from the entire social forces on behavior change point of view, from the point of view of micro production economics, changes of social forces of production in the process of technological innovation, the mode of production, the production of social relations arising on the world order and the trend of development, is a attention on economic basis of Marx from the perspective of Marxism political economics, but also a more objective, equal study. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of the global economy after the cold war, the world peace andhuman.
