A Study Of The Traffic Signs In The Administrative Laws

Road traffic consists of four factors:Men, cars, roads and the environment. Compared with other factors, roads are the prerequisite and material basis of the road traffic. According to the statistics and analysis of the causes of traffic accident, the roads and the environment around the accident will affect the drivers’mind and reactions. Besides this, the obscurity and the lack of traffic signs are direct reason of illicit behaviors and accidents. In recent years, many distributed administrative cases have been exposed successively, caused by the obscurity, lack and the irrationality of traffic signs in different regions of China. However, there is controversy as to the legal attributes of traffic signs. As a consequence, men could not get their deserving rights from distributed administrative cases in real life. This thesis aims for redefining the legal attributes of traffic signs, and perfecting the management system and relief system of traffic signs.The thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter one focuses on the analysis of real causes. This thesis will discuss the problems in the existing traffic signs system and their practical application in real life, based on the controversy cased by the real causes. Chapter two analyzes the legal attributes of traffic signs, and redefines their legal attributes. Chapter three researches the main problems existing in the management of traffic signs, and puts forward corresponding perfecting suggestions. Chapter four makes a brief summary of the current situation of the traffic signs relief system. What’s more, this chapter also puts forward ideas and suggestions for improvement, in order to find a solution to this problem.
