Since the 21st century, our medical field into a special period. With the development of medical technology, the medical field has made rapid development, there has also been a lot of unprecedented problems. Medical malpractice is one of the typical examples. With the patient requires medical treatment to improve the protection and rights awareness, medical dispute intensified in recent years, has become one of the hot social issues. Meanwhile, in recent years, serious incidents caused by medical malpractice abound. Hostilities both doctors and patients have become one of today’s new social problems. So how to build a medical dispute resolution mechanism science scholars and the general public has become a hot topic. Administrative mediation as an administrative authority to intervene in civil disputes settlement system, with more than two sides of the negotiation and court proceedings incomparable advantages, should be in the medical field of dispute resolution system, the active role of administrative mediation, to promote a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients to make contribution.
