In recent years,medical disputes increased sharply,disputes tend to be ma lignant,medical institutions,weight-bearing hard,at the same time due to the e nhancement of universal knowledge of law and people's awareness of rights,pa tients and their families are not satisfied with the treatment is effective for the medical staff in addition to professional quality problems outside and other as pects will be very focused on,even if it is also easy to form a minimum pro blem of medical disputes.Therefore,to resolve disputes between doctors and p atients,straighten out the relationship between doctors and patients imminent.It is not only one of the important ways to solve the disputes between doctors and patients,but also a system with Chinese characteristics,which has a long history in china.To solve the dispute between doctors and patients through the administrative mediation mechanism has the incomparable superiority.However,due to lack of legislation and the reality of the plight of administrative med.In this paper,under the support of multi-disciplinary theory,the theory of non litigation settlement,the theory of decision making,the theory of cooperati ve governance and the mediation of medical dispute.This paper starts from the theoretical analysis of the literature about the basic content of medical dispute administrative mediation,through on-the-spot investigation,analysis of the curr ent situation of medical dispute mediation and administrative problems,take the case law,two yuan logistic regression analysis method to analyse the reasons of current doctor-patient correction problems are not administrative mediation.And learn from the experience of the international and domestic,to explore the countermeasures to solve the problem of administrative mediation,the purpose is to promote the improvement and development of China's medical dispute m ediation mechanism,promote social harmony and stable development.Say concretely The text mainly through theory and field investigation of t he medical dispute administrative mediation is discussed,mainly adopts the que stionnaire investigation method and interview method to carry out an investigati on on maternal and Child Health Hospital of Longhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Longhui People's Hospital,Longhui three county hospitals,t hrough access to data and data analysis found that the medical dispute adminis trative mediation success rate is not high,the utilization rate is not high,patie nt participation is not high problem.This paper argues that the main reasons for the impact of the administrative mediation of medical disputes include instituti onal barriers,operational aspects of the defects.In order to solve the existing problems of administrative mediation of medical disputes,the author put forwar d some improvement measures,including legislation to strengthen in the constr uction of the legislative level,perfecting laws and regulations;improve the con figuration settings and the personnel mechanism;improve program effectiveness;improve the medical institutions and patients themselves;the mass media guid ance etc.
