Sport as a purposeful and conscious social activity of mankind, with the development of society, Sports experienced budding and evolution, which is the people through physical activity, meet the need of social politics, economy and human civilization development. Competitive sports or athletics play an important role in the sports culture. Competitive sports take as the main means of competition, to some kind of limit challenge, and also to meet the spirit of self transcendence. The ancient Olympic Games is organized spontaneously to protect the national interests and security. The modern Olympic Games is the common focus of attention all over the world, which has blend into every aspect of society. In the victory of the halo, We will find, the winner of the portrait has become the eternal memory, and the olive branch contains people’s hope for victory. The original, free, and fair competition is fleeting. Competitive sports’ competitive have a little distance and pain in people’s heart, which promote the illegal behavior in competitive sports, and we should re examining the illegal behavior of competitive sports.In this thesis, the author uses the research method of documentary, expert interviews, logic analysis, theoretical analysis with the legal principles. In this paper, the author defines illegal behaviors in competitive sports, that the illegal behavior of competitive sports is in the process of competitive sports, participants or the relevant personnel commit and act in violation of the law and has certain social harmful behavior. The author deals with the types of violations of the competitive sports, the influence on the development of competitive sports, also caused serious influence on the development of the society. The author analyzes thoroughly from the appearance to the inducement of the reasons for illegal behaviors in competitive sports, and closely combined with practice. Due to China’s judicial departments have already involved in resolving disputes, and put forward to the measures to prevent the illegal act of China’s competitive sports. We should accelerate the sports legislation, strict enforcement of sports, strengthen education and publicity of sports legal system, pay attention to the effective supervision of the mass media and the public, and this paper makes a multi-dimensional study on the complexity of competitive sports crime.
