Research Of Rural Stock Cooperative System Reform In Dongguan

According to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we should deepen the reform of the rural collective property rights system,protect the property rights and interests of farmers,and strengthen the collective economy.The central government has made it clear that the reform of the rural collective operating assets stock cooperation system should be basically completed by the end of 2021.Based on this background,this paper studies the rural stock cooperative system in Dongguan.Dongguan City is an economically developed area in Guangdong Province,and the scale of rural collective assets is huge.Since 2002,we have taken "village to residence" as a development opportunity to vigorously innovate the rural joint-stock cooperation system,and achieved remarkable results.However,because the rural joint-stock system is a brand-new thing in the process of institutional change,there are still deficiencies in its operation.With the help of the research on the reform of Dongguan rural stock cooperative system,this paper combs the concept,background and course of the reform,and analyzes the corresponding mode,process and content.Due to the variety of reform modes and different problems,this paper analyzes the specific situation of the rural stock cooperative system reform launched by XW village under the jurisdiction of Dongguan City,summarizes the problems,tries to explore measures to improve and promote the improvement of the rural stock cooperative system,and then finds out some beneficial measures to promote the reform of the rural stock cooperative system in Dongguan City For other areas to carry out the reform of rural joint-stock cooperation system to provide reference and thinking.This paper includes the following components: first,introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and significance,literature review,research methods and ideas involved in the paper;second,basic theories and concepts.This paper focuses on the theory and concept of the application of rural stock cooperative system reform,and summarizes some common problems;third,Dongguan city promotes the rural stock cooperative system reform.Focus on the era background,reference model and system characteristics of Dongguan Rural joint-stock system reform;fourth,empirical analysis of the operation of XW village joint-stock system.Focus on the operation of XW village reform,as well as the specific results,problems,analysis of the reasons for the narrative;fifth,Dongguan City,rural joint-stock reform suggestions.This paper puts forward suggestions from the following three dimensions:(1)deepening system reform;(2)improving internal management;(3)strengthening the collective economy.
