Globalization is well developed in modern society which is accompanied by rapidly increased global issues. Those issues have deep influences on humans’ life. International society calls for global governance. While traditional governance system controlled by developed countries, those developing world always be neglected. International world system changed since the economic crisis occurred at 2008, economics of developed world were seriously attacked by the crisis and still involved in it, on the contrary developing countries are recovering from the crisis soon. Especially for those emerging economies, they have huge development potentials. The transformation of global governance system is a chance for China. If we can seize the opportunity, our country will improve international influence. The text mainly focus on the procedure of China’s global governance, and shows problems during this procedure, finally provides advices on China’s governance related with soft power. China has engaged in international society since 1971, when China didn’t have influence in the system and was negative. China started participated global governance actively at 2008, after the economic crisis occurred. Now China faces many problems during the governance procedure:lack discourse right and global governance experience, Chinese culture can’t communication with world and isn’t easy to understand, think tanks are not so well developed. Due to the interdependence between countries, there are common interests between them. On such a condition, soft power can play an important role. These strategies below can be used to improve China’s soft power on global goverance:pay attention to discourse rights, encourage think tanks research independently, transfer China’s culture to adapt universal values, etc.
