Network Supervision On The Executive Power

Popularization of the network has brought great changes to our life and work.The network is also increasingly playing an important role in the political life ofpeople. Face of such new change, the owner of executive power should keep pacewith the time in order to constantly improve the level of law enforcement andsafeguard social justice. But we want to safeguard the normal exercise of executivepower should strengthen the intensity of supervision, it can guarantee the efficient andintegrity of executive power. Especially at this stage, the abuse of executive powerand official corruption are serious, the traditional monitoring mechanism response lag,it cannot function effectively. Using the new method and the mode of supervisionover the executive power can contribute to the construction of monitoring mechanism,guarantee the normal exercise of executive power. Therefore, research on the networksupervision has profound theoretical and practical significance.The structure of this paper has five chapters except introduction. The firstchapter starts with the basic theory of network supervision, discusses the meaning andcharacteristics of network supervision and the forming process, summarizes thereasons for the rise of network supervision, including the transformation of executivepower, defects of traditional supervision and practical role of the network supervision.The second chapter discusses the relationship between network supervision andexecutive power transformation. Network boosts the transformation of executivepower in the allocation of power, public development of executive power and publicpolicy formulation. The third chapter analyzes defects of traditional supervision,including two aspects of content: the effect of traditional supervision is poor andnetwork supervision is the development of the traditional supervision. The fourthchapter embarks from the practical effect, explains the rationality of networksupervision from the practical effect. The fifth chapter embarks from the drawbacksof the network supervision，proposes specific measures in order to improve thenetwork supervision of executive power.The final, network supervision as a new method of supervision has expanded thecontent of civil right and the way of exercise. Citizens have unprecedented freedom of expression. As an opportunity to promote administration according to law and totackle corruption, let the organ of executive power and the public make a correctperception of network supervision and strengthen the faith of people to the networksupervision, in order to achieve the goal of building the clean administration, securitythe network supervision moving in the right direction under the existing environment.
