Network Anti-corruption: The Exercise Of Citizens' Supervision Power In Virtual Society

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee has made great efforts to rule the party and severely punish corruption.Anti-corruption has become the consensus of all circles at home and abroad,and constantly break the "restricted area" and "practice".Since the reform and opening up has never been anti-corruption efforts,indicating that the CCP anti-corruption into the "new normal".The seriousness of the current corruption problem in China has undermined the political and economic development,and people have a deep sense of corruption.The development of Internet technology,to bring great social change,the citizens can use the network to exercise their own supervision,to expose the wrongdoing,set off a wave of anti-corruption network.In this paper,the author makes use of the literature research method,the interdisciplinary law,the comparative research method,the content of the anti-corruption,the background of the times,the historical process,the influence of the exercise of the citizen's supervision power in the network environment,The analysis.At the same time,how to regulate the exercise of citizens' supervision right in the network environment put forward some countermeasures.Network anti-corruption,is relative to the traditional system in terms of anti-corruption,is the network as a platform through the public opinion confiscated power of other laws.The main way of anti-corruption is the basic rights of Internet users to exercise supervision and participation rights,and to report and expose corruption and corrupt elements,to a certain extent,can promote the policy of scientific and political democratization.However,the virtual nature of the network so that the exercise of the supervision of citizens face many problems,such as: the basis of the Internet anti-corruption whether the objective authenticity,monitoring the subject of emotional issues,the existence of "violent infringement" and how to regulate the effective exercise of citizens Network supervision and so on.Although the anti-corruption network to make up for the traditional anti-corruption approach,but because of the lack of part of the main anti-corruption,can not leave the entire anti-corruption system and play a separate role.Network anti-corruption to regulate and orderly play its positive role,the need to establish a long-term mechanism of interaction between officials and citizens,do a good job of government information open work,smooth network monitoring channels.But also to establish the law as a fundamental,based on the common governance of social pluralism,to focus on things and ex post supervision as the focus of interactive cooperative governance model.Speed up the construction of laws,systems,technology and many other one of the means of governance,adhere to the system of governance,according to the law,comprehensive management,the source of governance.
