A Study Of Legal Regulation On Old-age Pension Trust In China

With inflation and population aging in China, old-age pension gap broadens at arapid speed. Meanwhile the rate of return of pension is not satisfactory with evennegative growth. Based on the social problem, this paper is to establish a legalregulation on old-age pension trust in China. This paper can be divided to three parts.First, analyze the environment of society and legislation for the system and find outthe problem. Second, discuss about the the possibility of the system building throughcombining the successful experience of foreign countries and Chinese characteristic.Finally, draft the model of law including structure and specific contents. This paperis based on theoretical research, data collection and induction, comparative study,formatting the operations and management of old-age pension trust and reaching thepurpose of increase the profits of pension.
