The Research On The Work Of Villagers’Committee Satisfaction In The X Town Of BeiPiao

The villager autonomy system has been in effect in China for over20years from trial implementation in1988and the formal implementation of "Village Committee Organization Law" in1998to now.Along with the practice of villagers’autonomy being deepened, the villagers committee has been playing an irreplaceable role in the villagers’autonomy and national treatment, and is the key point of the rural development and stability. Especially after "building a new socialist countryside" put forward, the role of the villager committee becomes to be particularly important.As a representative and defender of the villagers, the Village Committee should always regard the real interests of villagers as the starting point, and fully guarantee the rights and interests of them.The measurement model of satisfaction towards villager committee is a measurement system that bases on villagers’demand as the guidance, treats the villagers as the main body and evaluates the work of the village committee. It could reflect the different levels of the villagers’requirements of the village committee, and guide the direction of improving the work of the village committee. Meanwhile, the implementation of the measurement will enrich the ways of democratic practices in rural areas, enhance the village cadres to establish awareness of responsibility to the villagers and had great practical significance for the construction of new socialist countrysideFirst, this paper discussed the basic situation of the village committee, and analyzed the main factors of the job satisfaction of village committee. Second, this paper reviewed the research and practice of the satisfaction evaluation theory of both domestic and abroad, and gave a brief review, established the village committees Satisfaction Index (VCSI) Model composed of by the perceived quality, the villagers hope, perceived value, satisfaction with the villagers, the villagers’complaint structural variables. Besides, there were520villagers interviewed as questionnaires in X township Beipiao city Liaoning province. This paper verified and studied data, with describing statistical analysis and structural equation model method. We have found that1) the actual survey data fit well with the theoretical model, and this model could be applied to measure satisfaction among villagers.2) X rural village on the village less job satisfaction. Finally, based on data and models to analyze the reasons reflect the problems, and give advice in five aspects such as the improved infrastructure, improve the quality of village cadres, villagers cultivate awareness of the law, strengthen supervision and improve the awareness of villagers to participate, guided the work of the village committee to improve and improved the level of service for the village.
