Ancient Chinese judicial culture is a hot topic in the field of legal historyresearch,while the judicial officials as its main body have deep contact with it.QingDynasty is the last dynasty of feudal society, through the continuous development ofthe feudal society, accompanied by the Chinese law system is becoming more perfect,the judicial official institution, after the developing of Tang Song Yuan Ming QingDynasties gradually improved.In order to have a more in-depth study of the Qing Dynasty judicial officialsselection and appointment system,additionally,the author collected and analyzed thehistorical data (“draft of history the Qing Dynasty",“Qing Hui Dian" and soon),through the officials selection and appointment system in the Qing Dynastyrecorded in the book”fu hui book”,I had analysed official historical data combinedwith official book,looking forward to supplementing the study of the judicial officers’selection and appointment system in the Qing Dynasty.At present,there exists manydomestic scholars who are studying the official book,the value that continuouslyminer the official book is to make up the selection and appointment of details whichcan not be easily found in the official history data.This article mainly uses the historical research method, literature textual researchmethod,etc.By collection, screening and analysis of previous research achievementsof ancient books in the Qing Dynasty, I will have a research on the judicial officialselection and appointment system in Qing Dynasty.The introduction part,it mainlyintroduces the writing reason, research status,research methods and research ideas.Thefirst chapter is the overview of the Qing Dynasty judicial officials. It mainlyintroduces the central and local judicial officials,Due to historical reasons that theQing Dynasty don’t separate the justice and administration, we can find that manycentral non-specialized judicial departments also have part of judicial power.Thesecond chapter is the judicial officials selection system. It mainly includes therecommendation system,the imperial examination system, the selection, promotion,recommendation and lower recommend system, taxation and the en yin system,etc.The phenomenon that the multiple selection methods coexist is related tothe political and social background in Qing Dynasty at that time.The third chapter isthe judicial official appointment system.it mainly includes:judicial officers selectauspicious time arrival,giving salary based on the officials’ level, evaluate judicialofficials regularly and implementation of reward and punishment,judicial officerretirement system.etc.according to some careful study, it can be found that HuangLiu-hong "Fu Hui book" which provisions for judicial officials appointment is verydetailed,it made up the problem that the study of the Qing dynasty judicial officialsappointment system is out of data.The fourth chapter is the analysis of judicialofficers’ election and appointment system in the Qing dynasty and its enlightenmentto the contemporary judicial officials selection system.According to the study,The author found that, the Qing dynasty judicial officialselection and appointment system has its own historical backwardness,This isassociated with the political historical background of Qing dynasty feudal societydefinitely.But by careful research and analysis, we can still find something that areworthy of learning today.Study of judicial officials election system of Qing dynastyhave strong implication for the contemporary judicial officials selection andappointment system.
