In recent years, in order to select and assign to outstanding leaders of the rural grassroots party organizations, the talent-oriented village governance was born with all around china actively probed, which brought vigor and vitality to village development, as the same time there have been some new situations and new problems. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages from two aspects so as to inspire thinking, promote the practice and it is significant to the theoretical research.At present, most domestic scholars study just the individual case to one village, more are theoretical, this paper will use the methods of literature analysis, case analysis, field survey method, interview method and experience method to do a deep investigation and study to the50villages in Zhuanghe who has actualized the mode of the talent-oriented village governance. Classify and select the representative talent-oriented village to case study, and deeply elaborate the current situation, achievements, existing problem and countermeasures since the implementation of the work, which has provided references to those areas who try to popularize this job.Through the investigation and study, the author thinks that there are both positive side and negative side on Zhuanghe City’talent-oriented village governance, but viewed as a whole, the positive role is the mainstream, it accord with the country’s major principles and policies like keeping economic development as the central from the macro, is the inevitable trend of the development of socialism new rural economic and social, is the requirement of new rural farmers enrich their family. It should continue to promote on the premise of the standardization, and then guide more people to contribute to the building of a new socialist countryside.
