With the rapid development of the socio-economic and the reformation of laboring system, the contradictions and interests conflicts between workers and employers and other different groups in society has become increasingly prominent, labor relations showing a diverse and complex characteristics, so more and more labor dispute cases are handled through labor disputes arbitration. Existing arbitration system still have more problems with the applicable law and court litigation cohesion, making the handling of the labor dispute be in a passive state, which is not conducive to solve the labor dispute effectively.This paper aims at studying the labor dispute arbitration of Dalian through the following methods, literature analysis, survey research and comparative analysis and so on. first of all, the paper gives a description of the basic theories of the relevant labor dispute arbitration and labor disputes trials, analyzing the significance of effectively resolving labor disputes; Secondly, Paper makes a statements about the current status of Dalian labor dispute arbitration undertaken, analyzing the problems existing in mechanisms and the deep-seated reasons; Also, giving a description of the current status of domestic and foreign labor dispute arbitration construction, learning the advanced experience at home and in abroad, proposing arbitration and trial cohesion system scheme, explaining the necessity and feasibility of arbitration and trial cohesion system; Finally, arbitration and trial cohesion provides the commission under the existing institutional framework and inspiration by exploring the arbitration and trial cohesion of the work of the commission in Dalian City, noting that the labor dispute in Dalian to strengthen arbitration and trial cohesion of the commission should be from the establishment of a joint meeting system, the commission linkage system, to observe the trial of cases four aspects of information systems and the commission to strengthen the communication system, etc., in order to further develop good social effect on dealing with labor disputes, maintaining harmonious labor relations and social stability.
