Marine rights law related policy of our country there are still some problems,especially in recent years, China’s rapid economic development, the use of oceanresources have become more widely, the country began to pay more attention tomarine rights and interests. This paper is discussedin view of our country marine rights related system, first of all to make the analysisof the basic status of China’s marine rights law and facing bottlenecks, includingChina’s treatment of the value of the ocean in the affirmative, the basic content ofmarine rights basic contents, but also analyzes the bottleneck that met and maritimerights and interests the problems faced by the. Some geographical situation of ourcountry island area and coastal areas will be the impact of China’s marine rights andlegislative obstacles, only a clear understanding of the geographical situation ofmarine and coastal areas of the island of our country, in order to carry out thelegislation and law enforcement. Finally, this paper mainly elaborated our country law should maintainmarine rights and interests, this also is this article key to express, which puts forward some on the strengthening of China’s marine rights legal system recommendations,including the promotion of our country’s legislation, perfecting the marine legalsystem, system principle, clear Haitong collar in China exclusive economic zonenavigation rules, announced the baselines of the territorial sea and clear in ourcountry, to accelerate the construction of the legal system, improve the coastaldefense interests law enforcement personnel quality, Hainan will be the historicrights and legislation as the focus of our troops, clear sea force usage rules.Safeguarding China’s maritime rights and interests is the last few years our countrythe focus of attention, thus strengthening the marine legislation and improve therelevant system to become China’s first should do, with legal and institutionalsupport, in order to better safeguard China’s maritime rights, Jiang marine resourcescan be used by us.
