Explore The Motivation And Influence Of Abe’s Government Lifts The Ban On Collective Self-defence Right

Collective self-defence right is the important part of statesovereognty,international law gived sovereign states the right of using individual wayor collective way to maintain national safety.But in the early past-war period’sinternational environment,Japan’s peacef constitution didn’t allow to exercisecollecive sel-defence right,Japan should follow the path of peaceful devolopmentroad.With the devolopment of Japan’s national strength,at different historyperiods,Japanese government made efforts to lift the ban on collectiveself-defence.They tried to breakthrough the limit of peace constitution.Especiallynowaday’s Abe’s government starts to amend the9thrule of constitution and gain thepossibility of using the collective self-defence right.It accuses sourround countries’attention on the safety threaten from Japan.If Japan lift the ban on collectiveself-defence right,not only the spiritual connotation of peace constitution isdiscounted, but also it will make big influence on natoin’s devolopment path,at thesame time,it will change the past-war safety pattern,Therefore,Japan lift the ban oncollective self-defence right,it is not only a law problem,but also is the politicalproblem and safety problem.Analying and studying the motivation of Abe’sgovernment lifts the ban on collective self-defence right,we could know the change ofJapan’s national strategy and the influence of reional safety.Therefore,it has importantsignifiance.So the motivition and influence is the focus in this thesis. It has five parts in thisthesis.The first part relates the historical evolution of Japan’s collecive self-defenceright.Then the second and the third parts discribes the motivition of lifting the banon collective sef-defence right.And the fourth part analyses what influence will take ifJapanese government lifts the ban on collective self-defence right.At last,from themotivition an influence,in the fifth part of this thesis predicts the trend of Japan’scollective self-denfence right.Then we could see Abe’s government’s actionintergrally.
