Causes And Prevention Produced Shoddy Goods Crims

With the rapidly growing of the social and economic development, Crimes such as producing and selling shoddy goods not only caused a great threat to the lives and property of the people, but also seriously damaged the international reputation and market competitiveness of our economy. Therefore, it is overwhelming important for us to prevent and control such crimes effectively. And it has become a urgent task we are facing now under the facts of further readjusting and standardizing the order of the socialist market economy.This main idea of this paper is based on the practical needs of punishing and preventing shoddy goods crime in market economy. Considering the specific circumstances of the theory study and practicability of shoddy goods crime prevention and controlling, then further elaborated the shoddy goods crime phenomenon, reasons of shoddy goods crime anlynasis and prevention and controlling measures.This paper is divided into three parts.In the first part, the status of shoddy goods crimes is described at the beginning. The six salient characteristics of shoddy goods crimes are summarized next.In the second part, the reasons why shoddy goods crimes exist are analyzed from four aspects, which are as follow:area of the two laws involving false convergence, illegal benefits, social and psychological state, improve the management mechanism defects. For the convergence of the laws involving the shoddy goods, the defects are analyzed from3aspects as follow:the implement of laws and regulation, the implement of information sharing and appraisal system.In the last part, the author illustrates the measures to prevent shoddy goods crime from the following3perspectives:to further build and improve the convergence of the laws involving the shoddy goods mechanism, to step up our efforts to fight against the crimes, to strengthen the prevention of shoddy goods crimes in the commodity market.
