The Research On The Farmers’ Transformation Problems In The Perspective Of Marxism

The fifth plenary session of the16th of the CPC had definitely put forward the major historictask on the building of new socialist rural areas which include production development, well-offlife, rural civilization; village’s neatly, management democracy". Also put forward clearly in thereport of the Seventeenth Party Congress to cultivate new-type peasants with knowledge,technology, management, hundreds of millions of farmers to play the major role in building a newrural area ". Therefore, the farmers’ transformation issues which related to the cultivation of newfarmers have been proposed on the Party’s important policy level.The communique of the thirdplenary session of the18th party central committee of CPC has proposed to speed up theconstruction of new system of agricultural operation, to give farmers more property rights, promoteurban and rural elements of equal exchange and balanced allocation of public resources, perfectsystem and mechanism of urban healthy development to offer further guidance for the farmerstransformation.At present, some scholars have did some research and exploration for the problems of farmerstransition in theory, these studies mainly in sociology point of view, the study in terms ofagricultural industrialization, agricultural organizations and industry nurturing agriculture andinnovation, and large section focused on the transformation of traditional farmers public path, andspecializes in traditional farmers to new farmers transition unfold from the perspective of Marxisttheory and academic circles in the still small. Therefore, this paper the results of research on thetheory of peasant transition problems for deeper and more comprehensive solution to the problemsof farmers in transition provides a new theoretical analysis perspective.Right now, the new rural area is constructing in our country, new rural area construction needsthe support from the new farmers. Therefore, farmers’ transformation has become the key link ofthe new rural area construction. This paper start from the old and new farmers’ transformation,based on the research of26counties include Renqiu City, Cangzhoucity, Manchen county ofBaoding city, Xinhe county of Xingtai city in hebei provice. Simply analyses the problems duringthe farmers’ transformation. And also analyses the basic reasons which cause these problems. Therelated problems in the process of summing up the farmers in transition and analyzes the causes ofthese problems, puts forward related countermeasures to strengthen the government support, promote farmer knowledge, accelerate peasant occupation and the development of modernagriculture and so on four aspects, and these aspects in the relevant angle and decomposition putsforward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to perfect eleven specific direction, so as toprovide some help in the construction of new countryside.
