Research On New Legal System Construction Of Rural Social Security

In recent years, our country has obtained great achievement which attracted worldwide attention, but there have many profound conflicts yet to be solved urgently. Among these problems, Three Rural Issues is outstanding. The author thinks that the key point troubled with Three Rural Issues lies with the absence of perfect legal system of rural social security. The existing legal system of rural social security has many defects, which can't provide adequate protection for farmers. It is the capital plan for resolving our country's Three Rural Issues to establish the new legal system of rural social security.The author chooses it as a master's thesis based on the great significance of the new legal system construction of rural social security. The author researchs systemically on the new legal system construction of rural social security with the methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison, meanwhile proposes some suggestions to solve Three Rural Issues combining conditions of our country.This paper includes six parts:Part One: Introduction. Then we get a conclusion that there are significant gaps in urban and rural social security, the legal system of rural social security needs improvement.Part Three: Current legislative situations and main problems of the legal system of rural social security. The main problems are: first, the legislative level is low and the legal system is not very perfect. Second, the coverage of rural social security is small and the level of rural social security is low. Third, rights of peasant workers and famers who lose their land have not been protected well. Fourth, there are some difficulties to raise funds, and to preserve and increase the funds'value.
