| The emphasis of this paper is placed on the influence of the development of we media including BBS, blog, micro blog, SNS and means of the communication (texting, Fetion and Wechat), on the formation of civic consciousness, then put forth the effective measures in the cultivation of civic consciousness. In the process of the specific studies, This article introduce the theories and concepts about we media and civic consciousness at first. Based on the analysis, it accomplish the analysis of aspects on the development of civic consciousness and establish the framework about social and historical condition and citizen itself. Then from the two aspects such as the primordial role and secondary role, to figure out the effect on the two kinds of influencing factors by the development of we media. And then to calculate the regularity influence of the development of we media on the formation of civic consciousness, point out that the change of the environment as the development of we media, the positive effect on citizenship awareness, political participation awareness, legal awareness, the negative impact on civic responsibility, citizenship value-oriented and citizen behavior formation. Finally, put forward to take the system of socialist core values as the value orientation in the process of the formation of civic consciousness in the age of we media, based in the citizenship awareness, to foster awareness of citizens’rights and obligations as the core, to strengthen the political participation of citizens awareness, legal awareness and moral consciousness, play the core role of the government department,combined the operator and opinion leader of the we media, to promote the formation and development of civic consciousness. |
