Study On The Cultivation Of Civic Consciousness Of Community Residents In Chengdu

Civic consciousness refers to the sum total of all psychological activities,such as attitude,emotion and thinking,formed by citizens in the process of social practice,regarding themselves or others as well as social politics,economy and culture,which involve all fields of human activities.Since the 17 th national congress of the communist party of China emphasized the strengthening of civic education,civic education has been attached more and more importance.The low level of civic awareness of social members will hinder the development of their communities or a city,or even the development of national construction.At present,there are many problems in civic consciousness education,especially in community civic consciousness education.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the level of residents' civic awareness and the status quo of community civic awareness education to improve the level of community civic awareness education and cultivate civic quality.Although there are many related researches in the academic circle,there are few theoretical achievements in the systematic research on the structure of community civic consciousness education from the perspectives of governance theory,community moral education theory and civil society theory.Therefore,this study has both practical and theoretical significance.There are eight chapters,each chapter is as follows:Introduction is main content of the first chapter.background of the research,reason of topic selection,research object and content,research significance,research method and research innovation are expounded respectively.The second chapter is the domestic and foreign research review.The third chapter is the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of this study.The theoretical basis includes the theory of governance,the theory of life moral education,and the marxist view of civil society.The fourth chapter is the necessity of strengthening the civic awareness education in community.Strengthening community civic awareness education is the need for citizens to participate in social governance,to build a country under the rule of law,to build socialist democracy,and to develop the socialist market economy.The fifth chapter is the status quo and problems of civic consciousness of community residents in chengdu.Through the investigation,understand the basic information of the community residents and community residents' subject consciousness,rights and responsibility consciousness,the consciousness of rule of law,moral consciousness and so on four big level citizen consciousness,and summarize the civic consciousness of community residents in the problem: most community residents with strong civil main body consciousness,however,community residents in the consciousness of rights and responsibility consciousness,consciousness of rule of law and moral consciousness,on the whole,are yet to be improved.Chapter six is divided into current situation,issue and reason of the cultivation of civic consciousness of community residents.Although community has made certain efforts in citizenship education,but through the questionnaire data statistics and staff interviews with residents and community education institutions can still be found in many problems,main problems include community residents less chances of receiving citizen consciousness education,community college few courses in the civil consciousness of special education,curriculum content organization and selection is not scientific and reasonable ways and means to education is not enough and the overall education effect is poorer.The main reasons for these problems are the imperfection of the civic awareness education system,the lack of civic awareness due to the deep-rooted traditional social thoughts in China,the insufficient publicity in the community and the insufficient attention paid to civic awareness education.The seventh chapter is the countermeasures and Suggestions for strengthening the cultivation of civic consciousness of community residents in chengdu.The content of this chapter is based on previous chapter presents the civic consciousness of community education in the process of cultivating the problems put forward the corresponding solution strategy,including the importance of community citizen awareness education,increase the chance of education,perfecting the course system,improve the education content,education ways and methods as well as promoting the education effect and so on six big solutions.
