The high income of monopoly industries in China has become the focus of thesociety, and even lead to social public antipathy. The excessively high income ofmonopoly industries, leading to corruption, psychological imbalance, increasedincome disparity, social instability, affecting the harmonious development ofeconomic society. It becomes an urgent issue to use legal means to regulate. Toaddress this problem, this paper discusses and solves the problem of excessively highincome of monopoly industries from the angle of legal regulation in order to makebenefit on the income disparity.This paper mainly adopts the literature method, the comparison method and theempirical method, uses the data of recent years to analysis the income gap betweenthe typical monopoly industries and other industries, in order to reveal the real incomeof monopoly industries. On the basis of analyzing the legal norms of our currentregulation of monopoly industries with high income, this paper points out the limits ofthe legal regulation. Put forward suggestion on how to reduce the income ofmonopoly industry one the basic of adsorbing the latest study in this issue.Except foreword, the paper consists of three parts.The first part:” worker income status of monopoly industries.” First, to startfrom the definition of monopoly industry, use the authoritative statistical data to showworkers’ income in monopoly industries, and then arrive at the conclusion-the incomeof workers in monopoly industries is much higher than other industries and the growthdate is much faster than other industries. Then, analysis the reason of this situation. Atlast, point out this situation will have significant negative impact to the social andeconomic development, even influences the economic progress and overall socialstability.The second part:” the legal regulation of monopoly industries excessive incomesituation”. First, this part introduces the situation of high income of monopolyindustries, and then point out the disadvantage of the current situation. Finally,introduce the legal regulation of monopoly industries excessive income situation offoreign countries, listing the legality which our country can use. This lay thefoundations for third part on the legal regulation. The third part:” the suggestions on regulate the excessively high income ofChina’s monopoly industries”. This part is mainly analyzed from the tax of monopolyindustries, regulation of price method and the regulation of anti-monopoly law, inorder to make benefit on how to solve the problems of high income of monopolyindustries.
