An Innovative Analysis On The Management Of Relationship Between People And Police

The management of relationship between people and police is animportant part of mass work systematic project and the core ofconstructing the index system for evaluating relationship between peopleand police. By studying the management of relationship between peopleand police, this paper addresses the mass satisfaction index andpeople-police interaction index, which can most indicate the currentsituation and existing problems of the relationship between people andpolice. By theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper finds out theimportant factors that influence and control the development ofrelationship between people and police, including the social system, policefunction, and public support. This paper also proposes workableinnovative management strategies based on five aspects including policeitself, government, society, people communication and mass media,providing theoretical basis for further developing harmonious relationshipbetween people and police.
