| The labor laws protect the rights of workers and coordinate labor relations. TheCommunist Party of China who is the vanguard of the working class had always beenattached great importance to the protection of the interests of workers. In the period of newdemocratic revolution, the Communist Party of China formulated a lot of industrial policiesand labor laws and accumulated rich experience. The labor legislation during the LiberationWar is an important part of the labor laws of the Communist Party of China, so it hasimportant significance. During this period, formulation and implementation of labor policiesand labor regulations played a major role in economic development, social stability, unitingthe national bourgeois and supporting the front war.In this paper, with the perspective of the Liberation War, the author would research theCommunist Party of China’s labor movements, labor policies, labor laws, and labor disputesettlement systems. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part describes the historicalbackground and the reason of the labor legislation of the Communist of Party of China duringthe Liberation War. It contains overview of the worker’s movement and the reason of thelabor legislation. The second part describes the main contents of the labor legislation of theCommunist Party of China during the Liberation War. It includes labor policies, the overviewand content of the labor legislation and labor dispute settlement systems. The third partanalyzes the value of the labor legislation of the Communist Party of China during theLiberation War. The author analyzes the basic function that is protecting the workers’interestsand then discusses the value in economic, political and legal levels. The fourth part presentsthe enlightenment of the labor legislation of the Communist Party of China during theLiberation War. Firstly, we should activity build harmonious and stable labor relations.Secondly, we should adequately protect the rights of workers. Thirdly, we should attaches great importance to the coordination of trade unions. |
