Communist Party Of China's Historical Review And Realistic Elicitation Of Movement Of Labor Legislation During New Democratic Revolution Period

The Communist Party of China is very concerned about the profit of the working class since its establishment, and attached importance to the labor legislation, led workers struggle unremittingly. Although the movement of labor legislation of the communist party of China experienced ups and downs in the New Democratic Revolution Period. It still made significant achievements, and left us valuable lessons. This article uses the history of New Democratic Revolution as a clue, collates the process of labor legislation of the Communist Party of China in the National Revolution, Agrarian Revolution, and the War of Liberation, and analyzes its success or failure, give reference to the new situation of labor legislation in the new era.The article is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the Communist Party of China led the Chinese working class struggle in early labor legislation. This article analyzes the production and characteristics of the Chinese working class to start, focusing on the early labor legislation when the Communist Party of China advocate. The second part bases on the legislative leadership of the party of labor background, guiding policies, institutional arrangements and related legal documents of the national revolution, the agrarian revolution, the Anti-Japan War and the War of Liberation in four different stages, and summarizes the different stages of labor legislation characteristics and achievements. The third part summarizes the characteristics of the labor legislation comprehensively in the new democratic revolution period, then the enlightenment is obtained: the labor legislation should change with the development of the times, and adjust its contents constantly; the labor legislation should focus on adjusting the labor-management relations; the labor legislation should truly protect the lawful rights and interests of workers; the labor legislation should be concerned about the significant role of trade unions.
