Research On The Chinese Construction Of Demonstration Analysis On Corruption Prevention System

With China’s reform and opening, the rapid development of commodity economy, the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development, along with a general increase in material life, people’s minds are constantly changed, which also produced a series of negative impact. These effects on party building and political levels mainly in government and officials of state-owned enterprises in the breeding and spread of corruption, and gradually showing the diversity, complexity, and other new features, involving also expanded. In2007the state established the National Bureau of Corruption Prevention, and proposed the construction of corruption punishment and prevention system in2010, especially after the eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on behalf of, the state has increased efforts to fight corruption, which indicates that the prevention of corruption system construction has become a major aspect of the party’s self-construction stage. Many systems to prevent corruption and the country has targeted the development of the party making corruption has been effectively controlled, however, some loopholes in the system which still makes part of corruption to exist. This article from the constitutional point of view, using the method of empirical research, by the nature of the fifty corruption cases in Northwest China’s comparative analysis of induction, to find out the cause of institutional corruption cases of sexual generated, combined with Singapore, South Korea Russia, the United States and other countries in preventing corruption system construction experience and lessons, made a series of suggestions to improve the prevention of corruption in our system, expect to continuously improve the effectiveness of the prevention of corruption in our country on the institutional level.
