Research On The Investigation And Prevention Of Juvenile Sexual Offenses

In recent years,juvenile sex crimes have become a hot issue in the world,and they account for an increasing proportion of all crimes committed by young people in various countries.With the continues development of the society,the forms of juvenile sexual crimes have also presented diversified characteristics.The perpetrators have published indecent photos or videos of themselves or others through the Internet,instead of raping,molesting or sexual harassment for the purpose of satisfying sexual desire.Juvenile sexual crime is a serious problem that all countries cannot be ignored.The healthy growth of teenagers is related to the stable development of the country in the future.The purpose of this paper is twofold.Firstly,the paper discusses how to investigate juvenile sex crimes according to the main principles and measures of investigation.Secondly,this paper proposes the suitable prevention measures for China through the analysis of the characteristics and causes of juvenile sex crimes,combined with the basic situation of juvenile sex crimes in China,and summarized the experiences and lessons on the prevention and treatment of juvenile sex crimes in the United States.The thesis starts with a variety of perspectives.It analyzes the issue of juvenile sex crimes from the perspectives of investigation,criminology,psychology,sociology and even history.This paper introduces juvenile sex crimes from multiple perspectives or from a systematic perspective and draws into the social science methodology of other disciplines to introduce into the research of juvenile sex crimes.This thesis summarizes the specific content and refines the different views of different research on juvenile sex crimes by collecting and reading a lot of literature on juvenile sex crimes.The author also hopes to provide some suggestions for the correction of juvenile sex crimes in China by comparing juvenile sex crimes in various countries.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of juvenile sex crimes,mainly from the four aspects of the concept,current situation,causes and characteristics of juvenile sex crimes.The second chapter is about the problems existing in the investigation and prevention of juvenile sex crimes.The third chapter introduces the investigation strategies of juvenile sex crimes,mainly from two aspects: investigation guidelines and main principles as well as investigation strategies and measures.The main content of the fourth chapter is the preventive countermeasures of juvenile sex crimes.This paper proposes different preventive countermeasures for juvenile sexual crimes from four aspects: family,school,society,and justice.
