| Ideological and political education of the Chinese Communist Party has always been apolitical advantage and fine tradition, which has been highly received and appreciated by theparty and government, also has obtained clear gratifying achievements in the past ninedecades. But coupled with the arrival of economic globalization and information socialization,in addition that we are undergoing the period of social transition, so how to innovate theapproach of ideological education under this new situation has become a major topic we mustexplore and answer.Since the Party’s16th Congress, the work concept of ideological and political educationhas achieved the changes from "political consciousness" to "economic consciousness " andfurther to "humanism consciousness ", from "matter-centered" to "human-centered",meanwhile has promoted the modernization and scientification of ideological and politicaleducation. People-oriented concept mapping on the ideological and political education reflectsas complying with humanity development, respecting people, caring people, designingeducation content and creating good education environment according to human-centeredrequirement, achieving desired education outcomes by applying the human-centeredapproach.Therefore, the paper will focus on the innovation research and exploration of ideologicaland political education, considering the16th Congress as a demarcation point, combiningwith the specific issues existing in the current ideological and political education mechanism,take suitable remedy, and strive to explore a more reasonable and workable method of theideological and political education, in order to make useful exploration and method supportfor the further ideological and political education practice.This paper includes three parts as introduction, main body and conclusion.The first chapter is introduction, mainly describes the purpose and significance of theresearch, the research status, the research steps and methods both at home and abroad.The second chapter studies and summarizes the traditional ideological and political education methods of the Chinese Communist Party. This chapter researches the ideologicaland political education stage by stage, as the Revolutionary War, the early days of new nationand the early days of reform and opening up.The third chapter discusses about the necessity of innovation in ideological and politicaleducation since the16th Congress. First, analyses the challenges to the ideological andpolitical education methods by current environment changes from international and domesticviews; Secondly, from the content, analyses the roles caused by new points and new areas aspeople-oriented, socialist core values and ecological civilization education in the innovationof the ideological and political education; Finally discusses the changes of methods caused bythe changes of education subject in the ideological and political education since the16thCongress.The fourth chapter analyses the innovation approach of the Party’s ideological andpolitical education since the16th Congress, according to the new situation, proposes somenew scientific methods, mainly include accepting questioned, examining oneself, the massline method, the subjectivity method and the multi-media method. Through proposing theseoperable innovation strategies, and strive to solve the problems of traditional ideological andpolitical education mechanisms, and then form a more reasonable, perfect and scientificideological and political education method during the innovation, raise our ideological andpolitical education to comply with the pace of time progress, so as to provide theoreticalguidance and method support for building a harmonious society in ideological and politicaleducation aspect. |
