Ideological and Political Education requires constant innovation. There are a variety of innovative ways. Transplantation learn new discipline approach is an important way. Synergetics research developed in the 1970s, is a kind of science which is seeking for mutual cooperation and interaction regularity between multiple subsystems. The development of synergetics theory has the significant impact on the reshaping of the human way of thinking, and seeing the world. Its emergence and development, not only has a great influence in the field of natural science, but also has a revolutionary effect on the study of social humanities and philosophy. With the development of the ideological and political education theory and method, innovation is further needed. Because of many internal factors of system, a series of parameters such as educators, the educated, education methods and so on are worth studying, while applications of synergetics theory to ideological and political education, can help us to probe the development direction of ideological and political education method, promote the fusion and coordination of various elements related to ideological and political education, it has very important practical significance for us to improve the quality of ideological and political education.Based on the above consideration, this study is committed to transformation of ideological and political education mode. The full text includes introduction, main body and conclusion, the main body is divided into seven parts:First, internal consistency between and materialist dialectics. This text explores comprehensive interpretation about Haken’s synergetics theory, gives us the definite elaboration of synergetics theory in terms of theoretical analysis, the development of the theory, thinking and collaborative learning methodology included. This paper argues that a series of theories built in the structure of the synergetics such as fluxes-principle, order-parameter, domination-principle, competition principle, self-organization-principle, contain materialist dialectics conscious, but it is easy to embrace through figurative languages. So it is necessary that we can have knowledge brokering from synergetics to promote the practice of ideological and political education methods and knowledge to a higher level.Second, solving the problem of the ideological and political education methods and collaborative learning method to synergetics theory. Through analyzing the systemic problems and the specific problems existing in the current methods of ideological and political education methods, this text propose the necessity and feasibility of the ideological and political education methods and innovative methods based on collaborative learning; this text refine the synergetics contribution to ideological and political education innovation, and build the open synergetics model. Although traditional ideological and political education methods are in large number and mature, it shows tumultuous and isolated in solving the sophisticated problems. And open cooperative education model finds the main line based on synergetics for the whole education process, provides the educators the theoretical basis to make decision, and help the education to reach the totally seamless level.Third, the open cooperative education model-forecast based on fluxes. Those contain great significance, including the occurrence of great events, new appearance in the field of politics, economics, cultures, societies, ecology, science & technology, the sudden unforeseen event encountered by those educated, the bit-by-bit breakthroughs in daily learning. Based on the fluxes-principle, by taking the steps such as confirming the growing point of thought fluxes, applying the fluxes amplification, finding fluxes feedback interaction, we can effectively predicate and grasp the resultant clashes of ideas and behaviour change of those educated, and choose the correct subsequent steps to guide and enlighten correctly. This text will explain exactly the specific educational methods through the examples of teaching methods such as current affairs interaction, living and combination.Fourth, the open cooperative education model-the cognitive load coordination teaching method based on analyzing the synergetic and competitive information. On the basis of analysis of synergetic and competitive information, this paper put forward a new cognitive load theory, and explore a wholly new deological and political education theory and cognitive load combining Synergetics and cognitive load theory. This paper introduces that cognitive load should contain both competition and collaboration, via it, it will be successfully achieved that the control to internal cognitive load and reduction of external cognitive load. Through the methods to enhance the ideological and political education-related cognitive load, it will make the educated gain the best on the ideal condition of brain in full use, pleasant feelings, and getting well along with the educator.Fifth, the open cooperative education model-the decision-making method based on the principle of domination. Decision making is at the center of the whole process of ideological and political education, its properness has the relations with education’s success. Based on the principle of order-parameter, it build the decision-making method of ideological and political education. This means that we can use order-parameter to find the objection, propose the feasibility plan based on order-parameter, and evaluate and choose the plan according to the main and secondary variables. It also puts forward two question needed to pay attention in the actual operation:one is specifying the duo-main status of educator and educated, second is establishing the complete decision-making evaluation system of ideological and political education.Sixth, the open cooperative education model-the implementation of collaborative feedback approach based on domination. Based on the principle of collaborative domination, a method for implementing feedback ideological and political is established. This method focus on establishing the relative leading role for the educators and main status for the educated, ensuring the self-coordination for the educators, the coordination between teachers and students, and among the students. Finally,it will achieve the order-parameter-oriented feedback mechanism and ensure the effectiveness of the feedback. During the whole process, we should always keep respecting inner thoughts of the educated, establishing the whole course participation mechanism for the educated, making the educators and the educated interact to correct the error and improve together. Thus the whole education performance will reach higher level.Seventh, ideological and political education innovation and development based on open collaboration concepts. On the base of open cooperative education model, several details are extended and deepened, knowing-doing synergy method, objective synergy method, sharing method. Knowing-doing synergy focus on reaching the consensus between the mind and the behavior. The objective synergy focus on reaching whole collaboration, including the synergy among the objectives of different levels, and the synergy between objective and the educated, objective and contents, teacher and the education method, the education method and text book, the education process and environment, the education process and feedback. The sharing method focus on the interaction among the family, society and school, the synergy between the scientific and humane method.In conclusion, on the basis of synergetics theory, the exact method of thought prediction, thought analysis, education decision, education implement, education feedback will be unique innovation, and will more elaborate. But even more important, the synergetic theory has the character of integrity and consistency, the each part of open cooperative education model constructed according to synergectic theory is integrated and consistent accordingly, that includes thought prediction, thought analysis, education. decision, education implement, education feedback. The each method of this model not only conform to logical order of ideological and political education, but also maintain organic connection of every logical element. Thus it embodies the progressive enhancement and integrity of whole education process.This effort will achieve the alteration of ideological and political education research model, and carry the integrity and collaboration of each method forward.
