With focus on the coordination and interaction between Anti-monopoly System (AMS) and Government Control System (GCS) in our country, this thesis analyzes and studies some problems concerning AMS and GCS, on the basis of governmental encouragement of competition and restriction of competition, and drawing on some systematic advantages from developed countries. It reveals the fact that market economy is a system with defects, and sometimes government intervention fails. Such problems as low-efficiency and inequitable distribution are becoming more prevalent in the course of direct government control. Many new industries have introduced the articles of Anti-monopoly Law and regulates that the industrious law should give way to anti-monopoly law. Consequently, the overlapping and conflicts between the industrious law and Anti-monopoly law, government control and anti-monopoly implementation, governmental control institutes and anti-monopoly organization often. put enterprises under double supervision, and even face uncertainty. The thesis illustrates proper ways in addressing the problems concerning the relations between AMS and GMS so as to ensure that the two systems avoid overlapping. It also suggests the best practice in giving full play to the role of the two systems shown in action of anti-monopoly performance in an effort to enhance their capabilities of coordination and interaction in the development of market economy by distributing both capabilities in a scientific and reasonable way.
