The Spirit Of The Rule Of Law And The Legal Education Of University Students Countermeasures

Improve management of the concept of state law, socialist legal system has greatly improved in recent years, the influence of the law for the state become more and more important, and the concept of the socialist rule of law has been formed and set up initially. Although many work has been done, there is a long way to run that makes perfect legal system. To strengthen the rule of law education for university students is an inevitable trend as well as requirement of the country under the rule of law. The cultivation of the conception of law in university education is complex system engineering, and can perform its function in a completed education only by combining with each social aspect. In this paper, based on the study of the effectiveness of three universities legal education, and legal education on issues of current university students conducted a detailed analysis,which aims at strengthening the spirit of the rule of law to reinforce the legal education for university students. Considering many deficiency in present research,1would like to put forward some thinking and suggestions to deeply research legal education for university students by my study on the spirit of the rule of law and the overall framework and the way of the legal education of university students.
