Research On The Cultivation Of Model Worker Spirit Of College Students

As an example and model of the broad masses of the people,from the past revolutionary period to the present socialist construction period,model workers have always used their wisdom and ability to create great material and spiritual wealth for the society,and create the spirit of model workers with socialist cultural nature.To build a knowledge-based,skilled and innovative labor force,we should carry forward the spirit of model workers,create a glorious social fashion of labor,and develop a correct Marxist outlook on labor.This is the call of the times and the country to the workers in the new era,and it is also the guidance for college students to become qualified workers in the new era.At the same time,with the education requirements of all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor,labor education has increasingly become an important part of higher education.Therefore,it is particularly important to promote the cultivation of College Students’ model worker spirit and cultivate a group of qualified future workers with model worker spirit for the country.This paper studies the cultivation of model worker spirit of college students from the following parts.The first part mainly expounds the research purpose and significance of the paper,and summarizes the current research on the cultivation of model worker spirit of college students from the domestic and foreign perspectives.According to the research direction and content,it combs,analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research.At the same time,the key and difficult points and innovation of this research are clarified.The second part mainly explains the relevant overview of the cultivation of the spirit of model workers for college students.First,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of the spirit of model workers,the relationship between the spirit of model workers and its related concepts is explained,and an accurate understanding of the spirit of model workers and its related concepts is the basis and premise of scientific interpretation of the cultivation of the spirit of model workers for College students.Second,on the basis of pointing out the contents and requirements of the spirit of model workers,the purpose and principles of cultivating the spirit of model workers are elaborated,and the core concepts and key concepts in the research are finally clarified.The third part mainly expounds the theoretical origin of the cultivation of College Students’ model worker spirit from the four aspects of Marxist concept of labor,Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,and the value implication of the cultivation of College Students’ model worker spirit from moral education objectives,the perspective of socialist core values,the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The fourth part is mainly based on the actual survey data and content feedback to analyze the current situation of the cultivation of College Students’ model worker spirit.While summarizing and affirming the implementation effect of the cultivation,it puts forward the problems existing in the current public opinion propaganda,overall planning design,family education level and personal ideological and cognitive level,and puts forward the targeted reason analysis.The fifth part is mainly under the guidance and requirements of the principles of cultivating the spirit of model workers of college students,from the four aspects of social atmosphere,college environment,family education level and individual endogenous power,trying to follow the systematic and overall design ideas,and put forward the feasible path exploration of cultivating the spirit of model workers of college students.
