In the process of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China,village cadres is particularly important.Village affairs,such as rural governance,rural community development,and modern agriculture promotion,need village cadres to be implemented as leading figures.The acceleration of urbanization puts forward higher requirements for the village cadres.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to build a good team of village cadres and stimulate their enthusiasm in order to ensure the smooth transition from traditional rural society to modern cities.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods are used to investigate the current situation of the construction of village cadres in C town of N city.The current situation of the construction of village cadres in C town is analyzed and summarized from the three links of "entrance management","process management" and "export management" of human resource management in public sector.This paper focuses on the deep analysis of the problems and causes of the selection and appointment,labor remuneration,development and promotion,assessment,and security system of village cadres in C town.On this basis,from the perspective of incentive theory,it puts forward namely,post incentive,salary incentive,development and promotion incentive,assessment and incentive,and exit protection incentive..
