Because living custom policy is the challenges of regulationdeeply rooted in people’s heart customs and culture, in addition to the actual operationof certain technical feasibility to outside, it must pay attention to the comparison ofcost benefit, at the same time in dealing with custom culture under the premise,constructing of the corresponding propaganda and supervision mechanism andincreasing the investment of ideology are important.
