Legal Protection Of Women’s Human Rights Studies

Several centuries,compared with men, woman is always more vulnerable to infringement of the group. In almost every society and all events,women are often treated unfairly in law and in fact. Discrimination against women is common. Women enjoy human rights,and achieve the equality with men which in law and in fact is the further goals of the women to pursuit; But in the view of today’s world, modern society not only failed to achieve women’s full enjoyment of human rightsideals, but also failed to give women equal rights with men to share the reality and interests, inequality between the men and the women are still exist in various countries and various fields. The existence of this situation,not only a serious obstacle to comprehensive development of women, but also a serious obstacle to social harmony and progress. Therefore, to protect the human’s rights of women and to Promote the equality with men which in law and in fact has become an irresistible trend of the world.This paper describes the current legal protection of women’s human rights in China, explains the problem of the course of protectiing the women’s human rights, analysis the shortcoming of our country’s protecting of women’s human rights at this stage. Through the study of international treaties and the oversea’s evaluation and learn from the British, U.S. and Japan’s the experience of protecting the women’s human rights, Proposed to improve the whole society to protect the women’s human rights,to improve legislation,to improve enforcement and to strengthen the social organization of relief, through above four steps to improve China’s women’s human rights’recommendations.
