Research On Women’s Rights And Legal Protection In China

In order to further implement the peopleoriented scientific outlook on development, carry on the constitutional principle of "respect and safeguard human rights", thoroughly solve the bottleneck of restricting women’s rights protection, the government has formulated the national human rights action plan (20092010) "," national human rights action plan (20122015),which has been clear about work targets and concrete measures about women’s protection in the next few years.This plan will improve the consciousness of the whole society to respect and protect women’s rights and have important practical significance to human rights development.This article discusses the women’s right protections from the following parts:The first part mainly introduced the topic background and theoretical research status at home and abroad, which clear the importance of women’s rights protection in our country and deepen analysis on the theory foundation. The second part mainly introduces the connotation of women’s rights. It has been clear about the meaning, characteristic, contents of women’s rights, etc. to establish the basic principles of women’s rights protection. This will found further comprehensive of women’s rights protection in our country. The third part mainly introduces the present situation and the reasons which is related to women’s rights and legal protection in China. From the major aspects such as political rights, labor rights, marriage and family rights and the education rights to analysis history and social reality reasons. The fourth part mainly introduced the situation about how to guarantee women’s rights the in the foreign countries and it will model for women’s rights protection in China. The fifth part mainly introduces the measures about how to protect our women’s rights and legal protection in our country. From the notion in our mind, current system, legal set and other aspects to explore women’s politic right, labor employment rights and the concrete measures to realize rights in marriage and family rights. The sixth part of this paper is summarized the women’s rights and legal protection in women’s rights, state the important significance to promote social development.
