Study On The New City Community’s Party Construction

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the process of urbanization is accelerating, the new city community appears. The profound reform of economic system、transformation of residents’ thought and diversification trend of social interests bring new challenges to the development the new city community’s Party construction.Based on the status of the city community’s Party construction in Wuhu during the period of great change and great development, this research focuses on how to change the city community’s Party construction mode, explore the Party construction mechanism in adhering to the Party’s leadership, all kinds of social organizations and community residents’ participation, effectively promote the Party construction. Put it into practice, to guide the new city community’s current Party construction work, so as to exert the maximum potential of the community Party in the community construction, strengthen our Party’s attraction、cohesion power and combat effectiveness.This article is divided into five parts:The first part describes the background and significance of this study, analyzes the current research at home and abroad, defines the research methods. The second part introduces the related concept of new city community’s Party construction, analyzes the differences between traditional community and the new city community, points out develop trend of the city community’s Party construction and specifies the Party construction’s position in the new city community.The third part combines the status of the new city community’s Party construction in Wuhu, selects two new city communities’Party construction mode to find the advantages and problems, and analyzes the reasons.The fourth part explore on how to design the new city community’s Party construction mode in terms of the structure of Party construction, building of social organizations, expand service areas and safeguard measures.The fifth Part briefly summarizes the main work of this paper, proposes the existence of inadequate, looks forward to the prospects of the new city community’s Party construction.
