developing and has made achievements one after another.However,there are also some problems in the construction of community culture,such as the imperfect construction of cultural system,the lack of deep implementation of the system and the backward service of the construction,which makes the construction of community culture unable to be widely supported and affects the development of the causes of the participation of the community party organization in the community culture construction in W city.The strategies to improve the participation of community party organizations in the construction of community culture in W city are obtained,including giving full play to the core leadership role of the party organizations,carrying out the propaganda and guiding work of community cultural construction,and innovating the forms of community cultural construction activities.Optimize the evaluation system of cultural construction and consolidate the material basis of community cultural construction.Community Party organizations,as leaders and supervisors of grass-roots cultural construction,play an important role in the construction of community culture.This paper analyzes the development of community culture construction in W City,Xinjiang,and the role of Party organizations in community cultural construction.The achievements and the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding solution strategies,in order to achieve the research guidance practice,promote the party organizations in the community cultural construction leaders,service,managers,the role of the
