Freedom of speech is a fundamental right of "the Constitution" to citizens, and since the emergence of the we-media, so that our citizens to exercise their right to freedom of speech has a new way. People use words from the we-media spread fast and wide range of features without geographical restrictions, you can easily express their ideas.With the development of society, since we-media in our lives more and more active, although from the we-media to bring the convenience, but since the negative impact of the we-media speech followed. Now there has been a lot of rhetoric from the media use infringes the legitimate rights and interests of public events, such as "Tongxu door" incident,"Qin huohuo" event, these times are for society caused great adverse effects, so from the we-media speech system of legal norms must be established as soon as possible, so as to eliminate the negative effects caused by remarks from the we-media, from the we-media to play an active role in speech, so that citizens’rights to freedom of speech exercised smoothly.Under the current framework of the existing legal regime for the self-expression of the legal regulation of the we-media is not ideal, there are a lot of legal documents and statements from the we-media related, but there are many of these legal documents are inadequate, resulting in a negative impact from the we-media of speech can not be the fastest time in the elimination, therefore, legal documents regulate speech from the we-media needs improvement.This article from the body of the we-media since the departure of speech, the first study of the basic theory from the we-media, including the contents of the we-media,forms, features and other aspects.
