Study On Improving Processing Mechanism Of Group Labor Dispute In China

With the development of socialist market economy and the deepening of reform, the vitality of economic development continuously releases, and enterprises is improving the related labor system, and labors and employers continue strengthening legal awareness, the cases of group labor dispute are also more and more. In recent years, some places in our country have appeared one after another the disharmonious events, which damage the normal economic operation and cause a serious result on social stability.If it does not improve the processing mechanism of group labor dispute, it will be difficult to deal with the disputes, leading to group labor dispute into mass incidents affecting social stability. To attract attention, a certain number of the laborers of group labor dispute, usually gather and reflect their own demands in the commercial core area, the government and other places of the city. This behavior has disturbed economic operation, but also have a negative impact on social stability.Through studying on the processing mechanism of group labor dispute, it will bring us some significant enlightenment. This paper analyses the connotation, features, present situation, the defects of the processing mechanism of group labor dispute in China. Also Through the study of the foreign processing mechanism of group labor dispute, we can get some useful experience,in order to put forward the suggestion about the processing mechanism. According to this thesis, we try to establish the processing mechanism on the group labor dispute, set up the labor dispute tribunal, and put forward judicial proposals to the government and the related enterprises, in order to understand the connotation, communicate positively and solve the group labor dispute perfectly.
