| The German Greens, founded in1980, is the most successful ecologic party of the world. It only took18years for the German Greens to become a ruling party on federal level. And it has maintained its influence on federal and local level since the establishment. Like other green parties, ecological proposition is the core issue among German Greens’policies. However, the German Greens have continuously adapted its green propositions to the ever-changing domestic and international situation. Therefore, it can keep seats within "Bundestag"(Parliament of Federal Republic Germany). Themed in the evolution of ecological propositions of the German Greens, this essay is to analyze its progress, factors and influence.This essay is mainly consisted of6sections. The first one is foreword, which states grounds for topic selection, domestic and foreign related researches and research methods. The second to fifth sections make up text body and are divided into4chapters. As the basis of this research, the first chapter "An Introduction to ecologic propositions of the German Greens" makes an explanation on its ecologic philosophy, history in Bundestag and evolution of ecologic propositions and policies. The second chapter "An analysis of evolution of ecologic propositions and policies" explores reasons why such changes have taken place from perspectives of factions within the party, transformation of party’s parliament status and changes of domestic and international situation. The third chapter "Influence of the ecologic propositions" analyses party’s influence on Germany’s politics, economy and community. The forth chapter "An overall assessment on the German Greens’ecologic propositions" remarks both the advantages and disadvantages of the propositions and related policies. The last section is the conclusion, consisted of a general remark on the German Greens since its foundation and estimation on its future. |
