The development of new media, which based on internet, deeply affected dailylife of each citizen. Among all the types of hot events under new media environmentrecent years, the issue of disclosing, supervising the subject of right is the unfailingone. Since the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC, the official strengthens the newmedia’s rights of speech, struggles against corruption, leading to the cull at manydignitaries. In the above background, this study focus on the event of NetworkAnti-Corruption from perspective of public opinion field.Through the concept studies of Network Anti-Corruption and public opinionfield, this article elaborates the new features and new connotations of public opinionfield. Through the analysis of Song Lin classic case, the comprehensive features,which are fast-speed of transmission, the strong-power of execution and showcasestyle of transmission module are concluded. There are two definitely different publicopinion filed, the nongovernmental public opinion and the official opinion. The nongovernmental public opinion shows the centring propagation pattern, the openness ofpublic speaking platform, the easy-entrance, and the diversified channels ofcommunication. The official opinion displays the “cautious lag”. Thenongovernmental public opinion together with the official opinion, built thecommunication system of network anti-corruption under new-media environment.This system also affected by macro factors like technology and policy. Basing all thefactors that can be included, some suggestions are given in the end. On the one hand,the internet society should be leaded to a more mature stage. On the other hand, thepolicy maker and the executive of anti-corruption should lead the society to be morerational to make the anti-corruption more effective.
