Anti-corruption Under The Perspective Of Network Public Opinion Research

With the rapid development of technology and especially the popularization of the Internet,profound changes have happened to political ecosystem and social behavior.In China,the Internet not only serves as a technology or social platform,but also has multiple political and social functions.In particular,network anti-corruption has become a highlighted manifestation of the Internet's political functions.This paper is focused on studying network public opinion formed along with anti-corruption and advocacy of clean government.Network public opinion refers to large-scale network consensus,mass attitude and social mood formed when public opinions about an event gather on the Internet and grow stable and mature.Therefore,network public opinion on anti-corruption and advocacy of clean government not only includes large-scale consensus and social mood formed in corruption phenomena report,supervision and comment on the Internet,but also encompasses various opinions and attitudes like comments and suggestions for the Party and the nation's anti-corruption work.It is a relatively stable public opinion power or trend for the construction of anti-corruption and advocacy of clean government in some period.This paper is aimed at studying the status quo,characteristics,double effect,problems and causes of network public opinion on anti-corruption and advocacy of clean government.On this basis,it further refines and supplements the study of network public opinion,combines the theory of anti-corruption with the theory of network public opinion,proposes corresponding measures for improvement from government,media and public aspects,and studies and determines the development trend of network public opinion on anti-corruption and advocacy of clean government in the foreseeable future.The research provides theoretical basis for government sectors' coping with the problems of network public opinion on anti-corruption and advocacy of clean government,contributes to the study of follow-up theories,and lays foundation for the impact of future technology update upon anti-corruption problems and public-opinion problems.
